R&R Hoodie in Progress

After finishing Maja I immediately cast  on a project for Brooklyn. I needed a toddler knit that would move really quickly and give me some instant satisfaction. I’ve had my eye on the R&R Hoodie by Tanis Lavallee for a little while now and with cooler nights right around the corner, I thought this might be a good time to give it a try. I’ve knit a few of Tanis’s patterns and always really enjoy them. They’re always well written and interesting and this hoodie pattern is no different. I am so excited with this knit that I really don’t want to put it down to sleep or work or clean the house. I’m using any excuse I can to get a few minutes to knit it. I’m thrilled with my progress and color choice. I am working with Nice & Knit Worsted in Vineyard and Peony colorways.

Time to knit the sleeves!

  2. oh my gosh, that is adorable!! I love the colours you chose, and hte stripes look amazing.

  3. Love your color choices! I’m on a self-inflicted yarn buying ban, but your yarn is so pretty, I might have to breakdown and buy enough for a little sweater. :)
