Color Profile: Lobster Pot

Posted on

If you had a chance to check out our shop update you might notice two new things - some new colorways and some new yarn bases! Today we'll highlight a personal favorite of mine that we're calling Lobster Pot! 192A9816 Lobster Pot is a unique red that has hints of brown and orange. I am so eager to knit a really awesome sweater in this color but have a few works in progress I need to finish first. And about that new base? Well, that is another favorite. We have Cashmerino DK and Cashmerino Aran available.  It's a blend of 80% Merino, 10% Cashmere, and 10% nylon which I think is the ideal combination for creating an ultra soft and super luxurious finished object. 192A9837 I can't wait to show you a few pieces I've been working on. I am so excited to knit with all of our colors and in different combos of colors that I've been casting a lot of projects and fighting temptations to cast on even more!

Beautiful colour and reminds me of growing up on Prince Edward Island.

This reminds me of Prince Edward Island and going to the wharf each summer to buy Lobster. Plus I just love the colour of this yarn.
