Lowbrow Cowl

Posted on

Sorry for the silence! Since our last post I was able to enjoy a week away in Aruba. It was perfection and I'll share some of our pictures later this week. For now, I have a FO to share. I finished this on our plane ride down and then managed to block it on a hotel towel in our room.  One thing I like about it is that this cowl will always remind me of Aruba now and the great times we had there. As a matter of fact, there are a lot of things I like about this cowl!  The pattern was easy, with clear charted instructions that were easy to memorize. The yarn, of course I love because it's Nice & Knit yarn (Worsted weight in the Salt Marsh colorway)!    The size is great it's not too bulky or wide and just long enough to double it up which is the way I prefer to wear it. knitting (71 of 96) knitting (83 of 96) knitting (81 of 96) knitting (79 of 96) Pattern: Lowbrow Cowl by Thao Nguyen Needles: Size US7 Yarn: Nice & Knit Worsted: Salt Marsh Ravelry Project Photos by: BetsyJo Photo knitting (77 of 96)  knitting (73 of 96)

I love the use of lace and garter stitch. It makes a great texture.
