Mug Mitts

Posted on

My love for coffee is no secret.  I have a favorite mug that my potter father made.  It is part of my morning ritual,  sipping coffee while knitting in silence.  This morning I finished my Camp Fire Fingerless Mitts.   The colors are of the sea and sand, and they match my mug to perfection! These were a fantastically fast knit, and with the Noro yarn color combinations, these kept me guessing at the final outcome.  Which, of course, made me knit faster :) Camp Fire Fingerless Mitts by tante ehm Noro Silk Garden Green/blue/gray

I heard that the second mitt was not even cast on until this AM. I am thinking this is the pattern to use. Of course, it helps that you knit much faster than I ever did. They are really pretty!

These pictures are stunning. I too have a favorite mug- always a little disappointed when it’s dirty and I have to use another.
