I'm going to bet that there is more than one of you who has made a New Year's Resolution to be healthier. I hope you haven't given that up yet, but even if you have, here's a recipe to get you back in the saddle. Triple Berry Vanilla Protein Shake 1 heaping cup of frozen fruit 1/2 banana 1/2 cup fresh baby spinach. I promise you won't taste this - not even a little bit. 3/4 cup Silk Light vanilla soy milk 1/2 cup water 4 Ice cubes 1 serving of vanilla wey protein powder Combine everything in the blender on 'shake' setting for 1-2 minutes Target is a really great place to shop for these ingredients. I like their Market Pantry Triple Berry Blend for the frozen fruit. It is delicious raspberries, blueberries and blackberries. I also recommend their Market Pantry protein powder because it's lower in sugar than some other brands. Now that Target has fresh produce you can also pick up the bananas and baby spinach while you're there. Oh yeah, and that cute little straw which makes drinking this a little more fun (also from Target). I didn't make any official resolutions but I certainly have a bunch of goals circulating in my head and floating around on post-it notes and scrap paper. Most are knitting related so this is how you'll find me every spare minute. I was working on Stripe Study here.
